Provide continuous and training programs for improving the capabilities and maintain highly technical skilled personnel to perform test and calibration work with confidence toward customer needs in Metrology Laboratories.

The policies and procedures as defined in the Quality Manual and associated documentation must be understood and complied at all times by responsible personnel.

Offer to all customers a standard of service consistent with the requirements of this Quality Manual for all test and calibration services described herein.

All test and calibration work shall always be carried out in accordance with stated methods and customer’s requirement.

Focus on teamwork for all levels for operating excellence and discipline.
